Westerland Real Estate, the property arm of the company that owns Access Self Storage, are undergoing a striking redevelopment of 184 Shepherd’s Bush Road, a Grade II listed building formerly a Ford Motor Company garage and showroom.
Working with the Client & Architect, we brought together the MEP design, Sustainability, Acoustic and Vertical Transportation requirements for the planning application for the change of use of the building from self-storage to offices. Following the successful application, the design for the 115,000 sq ft office space has been completed and works to the existing structure ready for the construction of the new upper floors and glazed roof has begun.
