    Planning has been granted by the City of London for this new 15-storey innovative office building at 12-14 New Fetter Lane and 43 Fetter Lane. The building comprises ground floor retail accommodation with 12 floors of Grade A office space above.

    Sustainability is a principal design consideration of the project. The building encompasses a broad range of sustainable responses which will contribute to the environmental performance targets of the project - a 19% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions against Part L 2010 and a target BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent'.

    Hilson Moran is providing multiple services including mechanical, electrical, public health, acoustics, BREEAM assessment and vertical transportation consultancy.
