    This development consists of a 19-storey commercial building offering 236,700 sq ft of high-performance office space and a 10-apartment residential block. Retail units on ground level will animate the widened street.

    Hilson Moran provided building services, fire engineering & vertical transportation consultancy along with being appointed as the BREEAM Assessor. The development has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.

    The use of BIM on this project enabled the design team to better optimise plant space, providing a compact, yet incredibly efficient plant layout. BIM provided confidence throughout the various design teams and certainty on the riser installation.
