This refurbishment project plans to convert 2 Georgian terraced buildings from office space into 11 high end luxury apartments and retail space at ground floor level.
Despite the Grade II* listed status, Hilson Moran has sought to maximise energy efficiency through retrospective measures, sensitive to the building’s architectural heritage. The energy efficiency features will reduce the annual energy demand of the residential development of approximately 18%, compared to a similar building without any new energy efficiency features.
The sustainable redevelopment will achieve a “Very Good “ EcoHomes rating and will feature a roof top PV array.
