    31-33 Bedford St

This proposed refurbishment project in Covent Garden plans to convert two adjacent period properties from commercial office space into high end luxury residential apartments and a restaurant at ground floor level.

Despite partial Grade II listed status, which limit changes to the building’s fabric and structure, Hilson Moran has sought to maximise energy efficiency through retrospective measures, which are sensitive to the building’s architectural heritage.

The sustainable redevelopment will achieve a “Very Good “ EcoHomes rating and will feature roof top PV cells and a brown roof.

Hilson Moran provided a multi-disciplinary consultancy service, for the preparation of planning, including building services, vertical transportation, acoustics and sustainability consulting.
