    A prestigious, 13,000m², West End speculative office development with a small number of high specification residential apartments, this project comprises mainly new-build premises at 6 St James’s Square and the refurbishment of the Grade II listed 5 St James’s Square next door.

    A stringent environmental brief was set by the client with the project being assessed for BREEAM and comparisons being undertaken with LEED and Greenstar assessment criteria. Hilson Moran undertook the shell-and-Core and Cat A fit-out.
