This seven-storey new build was designed to house law courts and includes all associated and ancillary space in accordance with specific design standards and criteria.
Designed to achieve an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating, the building incorporates a mixed-mode ventilation system, designed using the latest Computational Fluid Dynamics techniques. As well providing full control of the mixed-mode ventilation, the BMS also acts as the integration hub within this intelligent building to provide critical alarm/status monitoring of the fire alarm, lighting and security systems.
Our intelligent buildings design engineers were appointed to design the new courthouse building network infrastructure, configured as an integrated data, voice and AV system, comprising 1,500 Cat 6A, 10G capable data outlets.
