• Landmark Towers, Abu Dhabi - Vertical Transportation

    Landmark Tower Final 750

Set to be one of the tallest buildings in Abu Dhabi, this 300m-high, mixed-use scheme includes offices, residential accommodation, a health club, two levels of restaurant and a sky garden with a swimming pool.

Hilson Moran designed the skyscraper’s vertical transportation, which comprises vertically stacked high and low-rise residential lifts, as well as restaurant shuttle lifts, office lifts, goods lifts and fire-fighters lifts.

We included escalators to provide access to the main entrance on the first floor. We’ve developed a full evacuation strategy for the building, and calculate that, including using the lifts, the entire building could be evacuated in approximately 30 minutes.
