    Ordnance Survey - Exterior Night

This environmentally progressive building within the prestigious Adanac Park in Southampton is the new headquarters for Ordnance Survey. The building provides offices, a data centre and staff facilities totalling 16,300m2, including staff dining within a feature atrium.

A mixed mode office design allows natural heating and cooling during significant periods of the year. A large ground source heat pump system incorporating a closed loop network covers 80% of the annual cooling demand.

As part of controlling the mixed mode natural ventilation, the BMS employs the extensive use of wireless space temperature and carbon dioxide sensors within the open plan office areas.
