This scheme includes a 55,000m² class leading, low energy office building.
Incorporated into the ground floor of the building will be 2,500m² of retail units and restaurants.
A 50 storey private residential building is being provided and will be one of the most striking buildings in the area. The residential building will comprise up to 243 apartments.
The scheme also includes 56 affordable homes on the site in two separate buildings. There will be a children’s play space included within the affordable residential element of the development.
