Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a procedure for identifying and assessing the potential impact of land use change. The process is a means of identifying the individual and cumulative environmental impacts of a project. An EIA can be requested on any project at the planning stage if the Local Authority considers the development may have a significant environmental impact.
Our Sustainability group manages the production of full EIA studies through to assistance with individual chapters.
