    We offer a bespoke engineering service to complete fast, affordable, high quality and sustainable fit-outs. Most of our fit-out clients are occupiers; they’re focused on their core business and don’t necessarily have the refurbishment experience that we expect from our construction and developer clients. So they need a specialist team that will be open with them, take the time to understand their occupational needs and aspirations, and then deliver to fixed time, cost and quality criteria.

    We undertake a substantial number of fit-out projects in the commercial office market each year. We can deliver a fit-out from a shell and core to cat B, and we can take a building from shell and core to cat A or put offices back to a cat A format for disposal. With increased demand for open-plan and flexible working as well as space efficiency, we help create adaptable, technology rich environments that meet your needs – all while reducing energy costs and energy maintenance expenditure.

    We also carry out demanding fit-outs for retail, leisure, hotel, residential and education sectors. Different organisations – even within the commercial office environment – operate in different ways. We can help you to demonstrate your own sustainability credentials by achieving BREEAM, LEED or Ska certification, advising on low impact materials and designing highly controllable, energy-efficient spaces.
