We are seeking to employ an proactive and enthusiastic Senior Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team in London.
As an experienced professional who ideally holds professional accreditation or is actively pursuing it, you will bring an extensive portfolio demonstrating your expertise and capabilities.
You will deliver your design services within a diverse and challenging range of design projects. Your project range Will vary, demonstrating experience across a range of different scales, complexity, sectors, and geographies.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide the highest technical and quality standards in all design deliverables. This includes thoroughly reviewing design documents, specifications, and drawings to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
- Assist with the delivery of large complex and niche projects on time and to the highest technical standard.
- Monitor the quality control on projects to ensure the company quality standards are achieved, prepare calculations/specifications and drawings, ensuring they comply with the client’s brief.
- Collaborate closely with your project team and lead the implementation of quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations and the client’s expectations are aligned.
- Coordinate with clients to address quality-related concerns and ensure that all project milestones are met with the highest precision and accuracy.
- Assist the project lead in ensuring all additional work undertaken is appropriately identified, and additional fees are claimed where appropriate.
- Contributes to successfully executing projects and supporting clients in achieving their objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Reviews resources and advises seniors of potential resource issues.
- Provide guidance and support to our early career staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in design quality.
- Contribute to innovative ideas and solutions to improve design processes and outcome.
