From project inception to post-occupancy operation, we are there to innovate, educate and guide clients and design teams through the complex labyrinth of fire and regulatory legislation and guidance.
We prepared a fire strategy for a high-rise complex office block located in the centre of London. The project includes a large atrium, 3 levels of basement, and is a mix of office and retail. We prepared a fire strategy that enabled the fire resistance of the elements of structure to be reduced thus savings in construction costs.
