Fenwick Iribarren Architects
The outcomes of our work align with the fundamental principle of leaving a better world for future generations and meeting global climate emergency agreement commitments. We aim to promote, educate, and influence the construction and property industry and collaborate with professional institutions and academia to improve knowledge and solutions.
We use evidence based solutions to enhance the strength of our sustainability advice, supplemented with our own and academic research alongside real data and benchmarks gathered from our projects. We can profoundly influence project outcomes for the better.
We layer and overlap sustainability across our designs and operations, to optimise the reduction in use of natural resources and deliver net positive impact developments.
1 Broadgate is one of the most sustainable buildings in the UK. It employs the highest standards of multiple sustainability certifications and innovations during a time of rapid change and heightened market expectations. It achieves BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS UK Design for Performance 5.5*, and WELL Platinum. It has a Material Passport that the BRE deemed the largest and most complex example in the UK. And its Circular Economy strategy included the re-use and upcycling of cladding, steel beams, and finishes from the previous building.
