Fancesca Prestinoni, Senior Sustainability Consultant at Hilson Moran, has been selected to join the 2022-23 NLA Expert Panel on Planning. The panel brings together industry experts from across the NLA membership to look at the rapidly changing shape of London’s planning environment and examine spatial and strategic plans at a local as well as city-wide level.
Part of a new intake for 2022, Francesca will work with the group to provide thought-leadership on planning, design, development and construction in London, as well as responding to emerging policies and trends.
Francesca brings a wealth of experience from across a range of environmental and sustainability disciplines and has played a key role in supporting the planning applications of a wide variety of high profile UK projects. Her specialities include energy masterplanning, energy modelling, decarbonisation plans, greenhouse gasses and carbon assessments, renewable energy feasibility studies and district heat networks.
Speaking about the appointment, Francesca said:
