One Station Square is a new build 19,500 sq m mixed-use building and is one of a number of projects we have delivered as part of the CB1 masterplan for Brookgate. The development comprises 12,500 sq m of prime office space and 1,000 sq m of retail units along with 94 car parks and 568 cycle spaces at basement level. A high performance façade was developed in order to reduce CO2 emissions and improve energy efficient passive design, together with highly efficient engineering services, and renewable technologies including solar thermal and photovoltaic collectors, with the development achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating.
Completed in 2017, the building is now home to tenants Amazon, Deloitte, Thales and Carter Jonas, and was a regional winner in the 2018 BCO Awards.
