Rathbone Market is a comprehensive, phased redevelopment scheme which has contributed to a major regeneration of Canning Town centre. Totalling approximately 51,000 sq m, the residential-led development has seen the delivery of over 650 residential units across blocks of between 5 and 21-storeys, a large commercial ground floor space, a library, underground parking, and an improvement to the open spaces and previous covered market pitch areas.
We have been involved in the scheme for over 10 years, having supported successful planning on all three plots along with developing performance designs and employers’ requirements as well as providing client monitoring of contractors through construction to practical completion.
